Salesforce Developer

Are you a Junior Salesforce Developer with a little bit of Apex and some good experience of working on flows, who now wants a clearer development path and access to a far broader range of Salesforce Clouds?

We’re helping a large London based not-for-profit to hire for someone who’s ready to take the next step and accelerate their Salesforce career.

The business work across five different Salesforce Clouds so you’ll be able to develop across the full range. You’ll begin by working on the back end with Salesforce Service Cloud before progressing from there.

You’ll need to have experience of:

• Flows within Service Cloud
• A touch of Apex
• And a genuine passion for Salesforce and the drive to learn and build across different clouds.

This role is a great opportunity for someone who’s earned their stripes with some solid foundations and now wants to join a bigger team with more opportunity. This is a junior-level Developer vacancy with a clear route to Senior, Lead then Architect.

Your role will entail:

• Translating user stories and business requirements into functional software, following best practices
• Developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining new and existing Salesforce features
• Managing configuration, including user access, custom objects, and fields, workflows, validation rules
• Support bulk data migration and collaborating with development teams on monitoring, deployment, and ongoing support

You will be part of an ambitious team driving real transformation with Salesforce. You’ll be given the space and backing to build something meaningful in an organisation driven by a social purpose.

It is a London based hybrid role with the expectation to ideally be in the office a couple of times a week.

The salary for the Junior Salesforce Developer is around £65,000.
