Locations: London, Bristol, Cardiff or Stevenage

Salary: Up to £50,000 + bonus + benefits

We’re looking for a Penetration Tester to join an established cyber security team, working with a range of clients to identify vulnerabilities, test security controls and help organisations strengthen their defences.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting into the detail, thinking like an attacker and helping clients understand where their security weaknesses lie — and, more importantly, how to address them.

What you’ll be doing

• Carrying out penetration tests across applications, networks and infrastructure.
• Identifying, exploiting and documenting security vulnerabilities.
• Producing clear technical reports, with practical recommendations for remediation.
• Working with clients to explain findings and help them improve their security posture.
• Keeping up to date with new attack techniques, tools and emerging vulnerabilities.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in a penetration testing or offensive security role.
• A solid understanding of network security, operating systems and common attack vectors.
• Familiarity with tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit and Kali Linux.
• The ability to write clear, accurate reports and communicate technical findings.
• A genuine interest in cyber security and a willingness to keep developing your skills.

Relevant certifications such as CREST, CHECK or equivalent offensive security qualifications would be an advantage.
