IT Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer – Firmware UpgradesVIQU are seeking two IT Support Engineers to complete firmware upgrades across approximately 700 cameras. Full training and step-by-step instructions will be provided, so this role is suited to someone with basic IT experience who is reliable, methodical and comfortable working towards targets.

Key responsibilities & skills:

• Completing camera firmware upgrades by following documented steps.
• Basic IT support experience or experience working in a technical environment.
• Following instructions carefully and recording progress accurately.
• Troubleshooting basic issues and escalating where required.
• Working independently on-site and meeting project targets.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Contract details:

• Duration: Approximately 4 months (130 days), potentially shorter.
• Positions: 2 contractors.
• Location: Glasgow City Centre (next to central train station)
• Training: Fully provided.
