Business Analyst (Business Change)

Role Purpose

The Business Change Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of organisational change and transformation initiatives. Working closely with a variety of stakeholders, the role ensures business requirements are understood, processes are analysed and improved, and change is effectively embedded across the organisation.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within business change, transformation, or organisational change projects.
  • Experience documenting business requirements and process improvements.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Experience supporting change implementation and adoption activities.
  • Experience working within project delivery environments.

Knowledge

  • Business Analysis methodologies and tools.
  • Business Change and Change Management principles.
  • Process mapping and business process improvement techniques.

Skills

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
  • Excellent facilitation and workshop management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver within tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
